The JEJU brings the rugged, soulful spirit of Jeju Island to the heart of Hong Kong’s most vibrant spots—Mong Kok, Causeway Bay, and Central. Our philosophy is simple: respect the roots, trust the craft, and stay casually welcoming. We’re here to offer an authentic island escape from the rush of the city.

The star of the show is our signature 168-hour dry-aged Jeju pork. To keep things pure and flavorful, every cut is seared on bespoke volcanic stone grills, custom-ordered from Korea. This natural cooking method creates a perfect smoky crust while keeping the inside tender and juicy—it’s our signature "fire and stone" flavor. Beyond the grill, we serve up island favorites like our squid sikhae fried rice and artisanal house condiments, led by our savory meljeot (fermented anchovy sauce).

品牌主打「168 小時低溫熟成濟州黑毛豬」。為了呈現食材的最佳風味,團隊特意從韓國訂製專屬火山石烤盤,用以烹調濟州直送的頂級黑毛豬。這種回歸原始的烹飪方式,能在肉質表面鎖住鮮美肉汁,同時形成獨特的煙燻礦物焦香。此外,團隊亦嚴選各式牛肉、韓式魷魚醬炒飯等海島風味料理,並搭配由「Meljeot」(濟州鯷魚醬)領銜的自家製手工醬料,讓食客盡嚐道地的濟州招牌滋味。

At The JEJU, hospitality is about more than just great food. Our team provides a hands-on grilling service, mastering the intense heat of the stone grills so you don’t have to. We take care of the cooking, allowing you to simply kick back, relax, and soak in the communal vibe.

The JEJU 的款待不僅止於盤中。我們的團隊提供專業的桌邊代烤服務,精準掌控火山石烤盤的高溫與火候,確保每一口都是完美的熟成風味。我們負責處理繁複的細節,讓賓客能全然放鬆,專注沉浸在與親友共食的樂趣中。

Our dining rooms are a modern nod to the island's natural beauty. Channeling the raw charm of black rock and lava caves, the space balances textured basalt with warm light to create a cozy, tactile sanctuary. Centered around our marble communal table, it’s the perfect setting for laid-back catch-ups, casual dinners, and lively celebrations.

用餐環境靈感源自濟州島的黑石與熔岩洞穴。透過粗獷的石材紋理、溫潤選料與柔和燈光,營造出一個靜謐且具觸感的空間。空間設計以大理石長桌為核心,在原始地景與現代感之間取得完美平衡,無論是日常聚餐、親密聚會或慶祝時刻,均十分合適。
